GhostChannel ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Allegro Logistics LLC (DBA GhostChannel), Indianapolis, Indiana. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the GhostChannel mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and name when you create an account via email or Google OAuth.
• Usage data: Number of content packs generated, subscription tier, and pack count used per billing period.
• Content you create: Video topics, scripts, shotlists, and voice selections you input into the app. This content is processed by third-party AI services (see Section 3) and is not stored on our servers beyond your active session.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To enforce subscription tier limits and track usage
• To process payments through Stripe
• To generate AI-powered content on your behalf
• To respond to support requests

3. Third-Party AI Services

GhostChannel uses the following third-party services to generate content. By using the app, you agree that your input content may be transmitted to these services solely for the purpose of generating your requested output:

• Anthropic (Claude): Your video topic and preferences are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate scripts and shot lists.
• ElevenLabs: Your script text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate AI voiceover audio.
• Ideogram: Shot descriptions from your shotlist are sent to Ideogram to generate AI scene images.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GhostChannel does not store your credit card information.

5. Data Storage

Account data is stored securely using Supabase. Generated content is stored locally on your device and is not retained on our servers after your session ends.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support@ghostchannel.app. We will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

GhostChannel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
